Create content for Backfield Media by reflecting on the life lessons you've learned from your sport. Discuss how you've applied these lessons or are still working to grasp them. You can also include a quote that inspires you and describe how it influences your life. The video should be between 30-60 seconds, with a maximum of 2 minutes, and should begin with an introduction of yourself, your current team or school, and your playing position. Ensure the video is filmed vertically for it to be accepted and shared by Backfield Media.
